What will happen at our initial meeting?

Once you have decided to entrust us with the task of developing a web site for you, we will arrange to meet. At this initial meeting, we will explain to you the details of our services and how we propose to best tailor our services to your requirement. We will help you gather all of the necessary content for our work in progress and discuss what the process involves.

How long does it take to create a web site?

Depending on the size and complexity of your site, and the speed with which we can obtain the required information for content development, the site should generally be ready in approximately 45 days.

What do you need from me to create a site?

We require at least the following material: company logos, brochures, marketing items, any company mission statements, product photos as well as a list of the company’s products and pertinent company contact information. We will discuss and assist with the content deemed appropriate to complete each web page.

How am I kept up to date on the progress of my site?

During the process of creating your site, we will keep you updated with project progress information either through meetings or by e-mail. Your approval on all content and graphic design will be sought prior to technical construction. Once technical construction of your site is complete, you will be given a test drive of the site online to ensure that what we are launching is what you want to see. Of course, throughout the process you can view your developing site through a development address that we will supply to you.

Will my site show up in search engines?

When we submit your site to the search engines, we do so along with thousands of other submissions by other companies from around the world. As a result, it can take a minimum of 2 weeks and as long as 5 months for your site to be acknowledged by the search engines. We do offer a Search Engine Optimization program, which goes beyond simple site submission to ensure high rankings on search engines.

Do you guarantee top ranking?
No, we don't guarantee top ranking. In fact, no one should promise you that as no one has direct control over search engine results. Your ranking is entirely up to the search algorithm. However, the SEO program we design for you can help push your ranking as high as possible.
